We absolutely do not sell, nor do we ever rent or ever exchange your personal information with anybody else. We certainly do not share anything with any third parties for commercial reasons. The only time anything would ever be shared is when you make a purchase through PayPal or Stripe, in order to complete your online purchase. We collect cookies for analytics & remarketing purposes, so we can understand your visit to us, and that of others. This helps us to improve our website to make it as efficient as possible.

Purchaser means the individual or organization who Purchases or agrees to Purchase marketing services from WixWin SEO. Contract means the contract between WixWin SEO and the Purchaser for the provision of marketing services incorporating these terms & conditions. Marketing services means the marketing services that the Purchaser agrees to Purchase from WixWin SEO. Terms & conditions means the terms & conditions for the provision of marketing services set out in this agreement and any special terms & conditions agreed in writing. Our website means WixWin.com.

These terms & conditions will NOT ever affect the Purchasers (that is you of course) statutory rights as a highly regarded Consumer.

Any variation to these terms & conditions (including any special terms & conditions agreed between the parties) will be only be applicable if agreed in writing by WixWin SEO. Any complaints should be addressed to WixWin SEO via email to the following address: info@wixwin.com.

Any special conditions applying to the provision of the marketing services are set out in the Schedule to this agreement. These terms & conditions will apply to all contracts for the provision of marketing services by WixWin to the Purchaser and will prevail over any other text or communication from the Purchaser.

You agree to never use our marketing services for any purpose that is not lawful or could even be prohibited by these terms & conditions. By using tour marketing services you are accepting the terms in full, all conditions and disclaimers contained in this notice. If you do not accept these terms & conditions you must immediately stop using our marketing services.

WixWin .com reserves the right to always update or change these terms & conditions at any time or date, and your ongoing use of the marketing services following any updates or changes will be taken as your full acceptance of and updates or changes:

(a) We can change these terms of service: We may change or replace these terms of service at any time if the change is necessary to reflect changed or added functionality of the WixWin SEO Service, for compliance with law, for reasonable commercial reasons, or otherwise to protect our legitimate interests.
(b) We may notify you of certain changes to the terms of service: If a change to these terms of service may have a material negative effect on you, we will use our best efforts to advise you of the change in advance (for example, by providing a notification on the Website), and we will aim to do so least 1 month prior to any new terms taking effect.
(c) You must check these terms of service for changes: It is your responsibility to check these terms of service from time to time for any changes. If you do not agree with any of the changes to these terms of service, it is your responsibility to stop using the WixWin SEO Service.
(d) Your continued use deemed to be acceptance: Your continued use of the WixWin SEO Service will be deemed as your acceptance of any changes to these terms of service, as described above.
(e) We can change the WixWin SEO Service and functionality: You acknowledge that the WixWin SEO Service is constantly evolving, and we may change parts of the WixWin SEO Service and its functionality from time to time.

The WixWin SEO marketing services website may include links to third party websites including search engines and social media website, that are controlled and maintained by other companies, and not us. Any direct link to other websites or companies is not an endorsement of these websites and you acknowledge and agree that WixWin.com is certainly not responsible for the content and availability of these website.

You agree to immediately notify WixWin.com and its parent company of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security. In no event will the company be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage whatsoever resulting from the disclosure of your username and/or password. You may not use another person's account at any time, without the express permission of the account holder.

The Website and the contents of WixWin.com (including without limitation the website design, text structure, photo and art and any and all software or even down to the source codes connected with the WixWin SEO website and the marketing services) are protected by full copyright, trademark law, perhaps even patents and could be protected by intellectual property rights and law.

You agree to indemnify and hold WixWin.com, its parent company, and its employees and agents harmless from and against any breach by you of these terms & conditions and any claim or demand brought against the company by any third party arising out of your use of the marketing services and/or any Content submitted, posted or transmitted through the marketing services, including without limitation, all claims, actions, proceedings, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, expenses (including reasonable legal costs and expenses) howsoever suffered or incurred by WixWin.com in consequence of your breach of these terms & conditions.

To the extent permitted by law, WixWin.com and its operating company cannot ever be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage whatsoever (including without limitation opportunity, data, profits, loss of business) arising from the purchase or even out of or in connection with the use of its marketing services.

WixWin.com cannot unfortunately provide any guarantee that the marketing services will meet your requirements, although we do our very best. Purchase Payment Price means the price of the marketing services that is advertised on the WixWin SEO website. The Purchaser can stop their marketing services subscription at anytime, and is required to give us a 7 days notice before the next billing cycle. All purchases of WixWin SEO marketing services will be seen as an actual offer by the Purchaser to purchase marketing services under these terms & conditions and are of course subject to acceptance by WixWin SEO.

WixWin SEO may choose not to accept an order for any reason when making an order through the Website; the technical steps the Purchaser needs to take to complete the order process are described in the order process section.

WixWin SEO reserves the right to update pricing of its marketing services, and these prices cannot ever be guaranteed for any timeframe. WixWin SEO will make every effort to ensure prices are always correct at the point when a Purchaser joins the Website. WixWin SEO cannot be liable to anyone for stopping or even removing the marketing services from the Website or for refusing to process an order for any reason at WixWin SEO's discretion. The marketing services are subject to a monthly contract rate and can be cancelled at anytime, but it has to be done at least 7 days before the next billing cycle, as we have already undertaken a great deal of work. If a cancellation request is submitted later than 7 days before the next billing cycle, the subscription will only be cancelled after the next billing cycle is paid for.

WixWin SEO reserves the right to change the number of backlinks provided every month for all Paid Plans. We will use our best efforts to advise you of the change in advance (for example, by providing a notification by email), and we will aim to do so least 2 weeks prior to any new terms taking effect.
The first 2 weeks of every subscription plan (approximately 10 business days) are dedicated to keywords research & competitor analysis. Backlinks cannot be sent during this period, because keywords are essential for backlink creation.

Our Weekly Backlink Report Service, included in all our SEO plans, ensures the addition of new backlinks to your site each week. We will provide these updates through email. While you are guaranteed to receive your monthly (or yearly) quota of backlinks, their distribution across the weekly reports may vary. This is due to occasional non-issuance of reports, possibly arising from holidays, email deliverability issues, disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

WixWinSEO may stop this agreement (some or all of the marketing services) or may even unfortunately suspend some or all of the marketing services without written notice if the Purchaser breaches any terms of this agreement between us, and any completed payment for our services will be non-refundable (ALL SALES FINAL).

All plans are priced in USD (US Dollars).

The Purchaser has the right to cancel the marketing service contract with WixWin SEO by submitting a cancellation request via email, and is required to give us a 7-day notice. Once he submits a cancellation request, no future charges will be made unless the cancellation request was submitted later than 7 days prior to the next billing cycle, in which case the Purchaser will be charged for the next billing cycle. No refunds will be provided for any completed payments.

The exception to the rule on this particular clause, is that, unless as may be implied by any relevant law, where the Purchaser is dealing as a direct Consumer, in the unfortunate event of any of these terms & conditions being breached by WixWin SEO, the remedy of the Purchaser can unfortunately only be limited to damages which will never, under any circumstance, ever exceed the initial purchase price of the marketing services, and WixWin SEO will not under any circumstance be liable for any other actions that may be indirect, incidental or could even be consequential loss or damage.

When a Paid Plan (subscription) starts and ends: A Paid Plan (subscription) will begin when you have selected the relevant ‘Paid Plan’ option and when these terms of service are accepted by you, and will continue until you cancel your Paid Plan by emailing us a cancellation request to: info@wixwin.com.
When you cancel your Paid Plan:
(1) 7 days or longer cancellation notice: your Paid Plan will continue until the end of the current billing cycle that applies to your Paid Plan.
(2) Less than 7 days cancellation notice: your Paid Plan will continue until the end of the next billing cycle that applies to your Paid Plan.
(3) Refunds on cancellation of Paid Plan: A completed payment is non-refundable (ALL SALES FINAL).

WixWin SEO cannot unfortunately be liable for any small delay under any circumstances, or perhaps even a failure to perform any of its marketing obligations if the actual delay results only from natural events or circumstances outside reasonable control, these would include but is absolutely not limited to acts of god, industrial strike action, business lock outs, unfortunate accidents, war, any fire or disastrous failure of online communications or our computer systems, and WixWin SEO will be entitled to a small amount of additional time to work this out and deliver for you.
​
Failed payments are a violation of our terms and services. If your plan was cancelled due to a failed payment, we'll contact you and ask you to update your payment information and resubscribe. If you fail to do so in 5 days, we will limit access to your site until the invoice is paid. We also reserve the right to remove all of the work that has been done on your site, including backlink creation.
​
In accordance with our subscription-based model, please note that if a client cancels their subscription within the first month, we will not provide any service or deliver any benefits. This policy is in place to prevent any potential abuse of our subscription system, ensuring fairness for all our valued subscribers.
​
If any of the different terms or provisions of these terms & conditions is held invalid or perhaps even unenforceable for any reason by a court of direct jurisdiction any and all such provisions highlighted will be severed and any and all of the remaining provisions hereof will continue in full force and effect as if these terms & conditions had always been agreed with the invalid or unenforceable provisions withdrawn.

WixWin SEO is of course entitled to alter these terms & conditions at any time. Any renewal of the marketing services will be subject to WixWin SEO's updated terms & conditions. These terms & conditions will be governed and construed only in accordance with the law of the operating company of WixWin.com and any and all parties will hereby submit only to the exclusive jurisdiction of these courts, under these circumstances.
